Hi, I'm Fiona, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and doctoral candidate. I started working in the mental health field over 24 years ago, first on the Crisis Lines and at various non-profit agencies, and later for the local health authorities. I've now been in private practice for over 15 years. While my primary practice is in Victoria, BC, I see patients both in-person and virtually throughout Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, and the Interior.

I believe in the transformative power of connection and companionship through life's most challenging moments. Whether you're navigating grief, processing trauma, or seeking support through loss, my approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and the understanding that healing is a journey we take together. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where your experiences are honored and your voice is heard.

Together, we'll work at your pace, building resilience and discovering the strength that exists within you.
