Learn Meaningful Coping Strategies
We'll work on ways to help stop intrusive thoughts, soften overwhelming feelings, and reclaim a sense of safety in mind, body and in the world around you. Our work together will help you work on changing unhelpful narratives and building emotional regulation skills.
Our Work Together
Process Grief and Trauma
Using both cognitive (CBT) and somatic-centred practices, our work together will help you soften intense responses, and tolerate the emotional and sensational discomfort of grief. Rooted in attachment, neuroscience, affect regulation, embodiment research and the wisdom of the natural world, we'll take the necessary time to work through painful lived experiences, images, flashbacks, nightmares, and any other distressing memory or sensation.

My hope is that our work together can foster a sense of hope and possibility, even in the midst of profound pain and uncertainty.
